But I want them now!
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

I won't be doing Monday night - the other half is moving in on Monday so I suspect I would be in trouble if I spent two hours on the iPad typing up rubbish while the TV is on football.

It would also be difficult to hide!

Do you think the dogs will run out that way? Mbye has been one of their best.

Personally, I'd stick with Reynolds and Mbye. Although Reynolds from the bench will lift energy when he comes on.

GOOD NEWS for @PenrithPanthers on @DallinZelezniak: no immediate surgery, out of hospital in next 48 hours, could be playing in 2-3 weeks.

Welcome to Freaky Friday with Reptar! Pretty sure I'm getting the alternate game to NSW/ACT, so spoilers beware!

Channel 9 starts with a Cam Smith wankfest. An apology of sorts, they must feel a bit silly after the past couple of weeks. And it's smokescreen galore for the Panthers. Furner would be proud. Old Mate McIntyre would be even prouder, if he knew how to turn on the tele. Stay tuned for kick off! OR DON'T!

I'm betting that on the Ashes and soccer coverage, they are not advertising the NRL match about to start. Why do we let Channel Nine use our code to cross promote direct competitor sports?

And the Pinko Panthers have run out into the field. Very little noise from the crowd, not recognising which AFL team they're supposed to be.

And now Cam wanders out, it's enough to bring a tear to the eye. Just the one eye, though, two would be overdoing it.

And Penrith kick off, and man up in defence. And somewhere in the Channel 9 blur, Melbourne kick through Green. And The Fresh Prince brings the kick up. And of course, whatsisface commentator talking about the snow. And Cartwright knocks on in the play the ball. SCRUM!

Dogs and Eels on the field, the crowd is absolutely disgraceful. It's probably about 15,000 at most. Dogs kick off, and Eels put into touch on the first tackle.
