Really not sure the Warriors need to be recruiting inconsistent outside backs with defensive problems, they breed plenty of them already

I'd have though the Warriors might have learnt some lessons with the Allwood contract

Yea you'd hope so, Robinson is only really a winger and I'd pick vatuvei, fusitua, lolohea, fisiiahi and maumalo ahead of him on the wing, the Warriors probably need a cheap safe player with experience that can cover centre but that's not Reece Robinson

I don't see the need for an interview, if he wants the job he gets it IMO.

Strange.

Hopefully he stays at Souths until Ricky is ready to move on. He would be one of the few arguably top coaches that would come to Canberra.

NRL 360 has Daniel Vidot off to the Qld Reds.

Has the guy ever REsigned with a club?

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

I think he re-signed for us? I don't think he has got the option elsewhere.

I know he's had some off field issues in the past, but Vidot must be a massive gronk for that many clubs to elect not to extend his contract, given the guy does know how to play footy.

If he had an IQ of above 80, he'd be the games best winger.
He's strong, fast, fantastic finsher, perhaps the best player in the league carting the ball up early in the sets, great under the high ball, he's the perfect build for a winger... he just has no **** brains and happens to be a **** off the park

Jordan Rankin will return to the NRL after signing a two-year deal with a Sydney team.

The 23-year-old informed his Hull FC teammates of his decision this week with his new club to announce the deal as soon as this week.

Rankin has spent the past two years in England after six years with the Gold Coast.

It looks like Melbourne assistant Justin Morgan is firming as a favourite to secure the Newcastle coaching post.

Morgan, who has acted as Craig Bellamy’s offsider for the past two years, has seven years experience in the Super League as coach of Hull KR.

The former Panthers, Eels and Warriors forward was considered a dark horse for the position but is believed to be firming.

I've said this before, but how funny is it Stewart and Watmough bitched and moaned about Manly not wanting to extend them at the club for about two years, then proceed to sign with other clubs and play like absolute spuds when they aren't injured. Totally justifying Manlys reason for turfing them.
