Erindale College adding to rich sporting tradition in rugby league's GIO Schoolboy Cup quarter-final

It's the Canberra school that's produced Raiders NRL stars scumbag and Jack Wighton, along with Sydney Swans AFL premiership winner Jarrad McVeigh.

Erindale sports coordinator Mark Armstrong believes the school's success is because of its emphasis on a balance between time spent in the classroom and on the sporting field.

The final between Patrician Brothers Blacktown and Endeavour Sports High is on Fox at 12.45pm. Won't say who won, for those who don't know the score.

Patrician Brothers Blacktown put Erindale College out, but Erindale does look like it is getting back to being quite competitive.
