Is he playing as a half or a running half/extra center - backrower

The weekend game he was good , best on field for the Raiders.

The idea was for him to be more involved get his hand on the ball more.

To me he is playing like a half , he is setting plays up , he is running the ball . Kicking.

Thanks for the info
Sounds like a good idea. As what people have been saying that brenko has been playing poorly or going missing in games.

Big effort by these boys winning last week. For the last couple of weeks in fact.

The backline has been completely decimated by injury & last week they were missing their two best forwards.

Given who's been missing & the fact the side hasn't been supplemented by SG Ball players yet, they're doing great.

Keep it going, boys.

NYC Match Preview: Raiders v Rabbitohs

A solid win against the West Tigers gave the Canberra Raiders Holden Cup side back-to-back wins for the first time this season.

“It’s about our attitude in defence," hooker Zac Woolford said. "We set a goal at the start of the year that we only want to let in a maximum 24 points a game.

"At the beginning of the year there were a few blowouts, but we put down our improvement to our defensive Coach Brett White and the hard work we've done with him. He’s got us all really wanting to defend our line and we’ve taken some real pride in doing so."

MATCH REPORT: South Sydney Rabbitohs declared winners over Canberra Raiders

The South Sydney Rabbitohs have defeated the Canberra Raiders 36-22 in a match that had to be stopped early due to a heavy hailstorm that resulted in a flooded Erskineville Oval.

The first half was played in beautiful conditions, and it started to lightly rain at half time, but by the 75th minute of the game it began to vigorously hail and the rain was torrential.

When it got to the point where the players could not see each other on the field, and the hail was so heavy that it was deemed dangerous, the referees called the players off the field in a hope it would stop soon to complete the game.

The storm however caused Erskineville Oval to flood, making it impossible to play on even if the storm did stop and the Rabbitohs were awarded the match.

South Sydney Rabbitohs 36 (Devon Makoare-Boyce 2, Wallace Tangiiti 2, Clayton Williams, Haimona Hiroti tries; Jordie Hedges 6 goals)

Canberra Raiders 22 (Cameron Booth 3, Jordyn Ballard tries; Jordyn Ballard 2, Dylan McGrath 1 goals)

pffft 14 pts is like 4pts in under 20s. Should've been a draw.

Sportingbet / William Hill aren't paying out for a Souths win.

The wankers.

whats the pool on an U20s match? Surely there aren't that many bets it'd make a difference.
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

You're right. Very few would have bet the game.

That they won't pay out on a piddling bet is pathetic stuff.

The smart thing to do would have been to pay out the winning bets and refund the losers.

Not that there would have many of either.

The match should have been classified as abandoned, no winner.

Had that been the result I wouldn't have a problem with William Hill not paying out.

It wasn't though so they should pay up.

A point each would have been fair.

Our boys could miss the play offs due to this decision.
