I noticed Brian Connell of grand final win 1990 "Sucko Panthers" fame has sadly passed away following a long battle with Motor Neurone Disease. A sad time for his friends and family, but I'll remember him as one of the great Raiders fans of Canberra.

No fair weather fan in the likes of Brian. Raiders need more fans just like him.

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

What's RLL4 like? I'm contemplating buying one, but I'd need a new console too.

Just keep flip-flopping on it

Big hits are Bull though. Taking a hit up 15m out and the guy smashes you and you drop the ball and nothing you can do to prevent it. It'd be fine if it happened once in a while, but it happens every 3rd set or so

Using big fat forwards and they're too slow for it to be effective

So, should I make the plunge and buy the game and a console to go with it now?? I've been waiting for a patch to come out.

Totally agree with you Dubs .. imo shopping centres should have equal numbers of menswear shops .. way too many women's shops .. equality is what we are asking for !!

Guys go into a shop and they know what they are looking for and are out in a minute. Women try every pair of shoes. My wife and I went into a shoe store recently to find a pair of shoes for ME, yes me. I had a quick look and was out within 5mins. She stayed in for a further 20mins looking for a pair for her. WTF !!

Mate, she tried on 176362891 pairs of shoes. Bought a pair fairly inexpensive $150 ish).

I then go into best and less and buy two pairs of boxers for $10 in less then a minute.

We get home and she's like " I'm not sure if i like them now"

hahaha... that's my wife ... what really annoys me is seeing clothes in a bag that are being sent to Vinnies and they still have the tag on .. reasons "it was on sale"

The old saying, men will be get something for twice the price because they need it.

What gets me about shops is the price mark up between men's and women's clothes.

Mrs Fui can go into a shop like Temt, spend $50 and get 3 tops, 4 dresses, 7 pants and still have change to get a Macaron and a Boost Juice.

I go into somewhere equal like Connor or Cotton On and my $50 will get a pair on pants, and maybe a T Shirt or 2.

Don't get it

Also, I've been meaning to post this, I don't get people...

Everywhere we've been on this holiday, people take an age checking in their bags, ordering food or buying admission tickets into some touristy area.

We arrive, ask for our 2 tickets, get them and we're out of there in under a minute.

Are we doing something wrong? Is it custom to play 20 questions when we get to the counter?

I don't get it

Every so often my missus is wearing a top I've never seen before. So when I say where did you get that..I haven't seen that before she replies...$5..eBay.

She thinks I'm stoooopid.
