All year we have not used our back line well , we hardly ever run a play that ends up in the hands of the winger or creat a overlap . Today the eels caught us out most times they ran a back line movement and most importantly made massive meters in the process .

Also why when we start a set from a kick return why is it up to our winger , fullback ,centre and today even rapana would come from other wing to take the first three to four hit ups , why aren't our forwards doing these hit ups .

It's pretty common for wingers to take early hit ups once defenses tire. They make as good meters as the front rowers and give them a spell.

It is strange that our 3 quarters take a few hit ups off kick returns, no other teams do it.

Raiders have the third best attack in the NRL, you don't achieve this without great backline play.

There's not going to be a Boogs this year as no one has volunteered to run them.

We brought him back before and he didn't follow forum guidelines on return. So he'd need to do make some reparations.

Yes it was but it took 79min to use it , amagin if we used the back line like that all day .
If anyone here thinks we use our back line effectively your kidding your selfs but obviously most people here like missing the finals and think how we play is the envy of all other sides in the nrl , that's why u won't see any team in the finals this week use our style of play

Thanks cj42 u and me must be the only ones that actually watch the games properly .
Most teams get two backs to ruck it out after a kick return not 3 to 4 every time .

Notably that Edrick Lee try didn't come off a pass from the centre. That seems to be the barrier.

We're the 3rd best attacking team in the comp. Our attack isnt why we arent in the finals.

Yeah, bring him back for the off-season and then ban him for Round 1. Worked a treat this year!!

Sssshhhhhh, the barrier is leading point scorer and you don't want to tarnish that gleaming achievement.

This year will be a tough one, dubs. There's been some pretty solid dobby's by all the regular posters.

Still think yourself and Matt probably lead the charge though.
